Carrot Halwa/Gajar ka Halwa

Ingredients:
Mashed carrot
1 cup
Milk
1 cup
Sugar
1 cup
Ghee
½  cup
Cashew nut
few
Cardamom powder
¼ tea sp
  


How to prepare Carrot Halwa:
  • Fry the cashew nut in ghee and keep it aside.
  • Grate the carrot and cook it till it become soft. Then mash the carrot.
  • With the mashed carrot add the sugar, milk and stir it till the milk get vanish.
  • Now add the ghee, cashew nut and cardamom powder. Remove the flame once the halwa becomes thick and doesn’t stick to the pan.

    1. Add a cup of water with mashed carrot and cook it for 10-15 minutes..
