Nentharam(yetham) sweet pazha pori/Banana fritters/Ripe Plantain fritters

Ingredients:

Nentharam pazham/yetham pazham/banana
2
All purpose flour/maida maavu
1 cup
Sugar
4 table spoon (or more)
Water
For batter
Oil
For frying

How to do etham pazha bajji/appam:

  • Peel the skin of ripe banana and cut it into halves. Slice it into thin slices.
  • Batter the all purpose flour, sugar and water.
  • Dip the slice inside the batter and drop it into the hot oil to fry.
  • Now transfer it from oil to tissue paper to remove excess oil and sever it.

Note:

  • Don’t add excess sugar it will get deeply fried and will become brown.
