Palkova/Milk cake/Doodh peda/Milk sweet/Doodh fudge



Ingredients:
Milk
1 liter
Sugar
¼ kilo/ 250 grams
Ghee
2 tbsp

Palkova
Palkova

How to do Palkova:


  • For making palkova, boil the milk in a pan till its color becomes slightly yellow.
  • Now add the sugar and stir continuously.
  • When it becomes thick and starts to leave the pan add ghee and remove it from the flame.
Tips:

  • If it becomes hard sprinkle some milk and mix it.
