Rava laddu(ladoo)/sooji laddu(ladoo)/semolina balls(laddu)

Ingredients:
Sooji/rava/semolina
1 cup
Sugar
1 cup
Milk/water
For shaping it to laddu
Caradamom powder
¼ tea spoon
Cashew nut
Few
Raisins
Few
Ghee
4 table spoon

How to do Rava laddu:
  • Fry the cashew nut in ghee and set aside.
  • Again fry the sooji in ghee till it become slight brown and powder it after it become cool.
  • Powder the sugar.  Add both the sugar and sooji.
  • Also add the remaining ghee, cardamom powder, fried cashew nut and raisins in sooji mixture.
  • Heat the milk/water till its enough to handle with your hands.
  • Take small amount of sooji mixture and add required amount of heated milk/water to squeeze it as a laddu and keep it in a plate.
  • Again repeat the same till last sooji laddu is squeezed.
