Ingredients:
Bread
4 slices
Onion(sliced)
1
Tomato(sliced)
1
Ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon
Chilli powder
As required
Garam masala powder
½ tea spoon
Salt
As required
Oil/ghee
4 table spoon
Curry leaves
Few
Coriander leaves
Few

How to make bread pulao:
  • Cut the bread into small pieces and fry it using 1 table spoon of oil/ghee till it comes to slight brown and keep aside.
  • In remaining oil/ghee add the curry leaves and coriander leaves. Add the onion, tomato, ginger-garlic paste and saute.
  • Now add the chilli powder, salt and masala powder. At last add the bread and heat for 3 minutes.
