Ingredients:
Chicken pieces
½ kg
Ginger-garlic paste
5 table spoon
Chilli powder
3 table spoon(more or less)
Coriander powder
1 ½ table spoon(more or less)
1 ½  table spoon(more or less)
Turmeric powder
1 table spoon
Black pepper powder
½ table spoon(more or less)
Salt
As required
Lemon
For making paste
Oil
For frying

Each and every ingredient is based on your requirement.

How to prepare chicken fry:
  • Mix all powders, ginger garlic paste and salt using lime juice as a paste. If required add water.
  • Grease them on the chicken pieces and marinate it for an hour or more.
  • Now deep fry the chicken in oil.

Tips:
  • You can also grind green chilli along with ginger garlic paste.
