Ingredients:
Curry leaves
1 cup
Urad dhal
½ table spoon
Red chilli
2(more or less)
Tamarind paste
½ tea spoon
Oil
1 table spoon
Salt
As required
Asafoetida
A pinch

How to make curry leaves chutney
  • Heat the oil, add urad dhal, red chilli, curry leaves and roast it.
  • Remove from flame allow to cool. Add the tamarind paste, salt, asafoetida and grind it into paste.
