How to make vegetable masala dhosa:
  • In a pan using oil temper mustard seed, curry leaves, coriander leaves.
  • Salute the onion, beans, carrot, green chilli, pepper powder, salt.
  • In dhosa tawa prepare paper roast and roll it by keeping this masala into it.
  • Serve this with sambar or any kind of chatni.

How to make egg kothu barota:
  • Chop the barota into small pieces and set aside.
  • Ina pan add oil, coriander leaves, curry leaves, onion, carrot, green chilli and fry it till the color changes.
  • Then add the tomato and fry it well. Now add the garam masasla powder, turmeric powder, salt and fry it.
  • Add the egg and roast it well. When the egg get roasted add the chopped barota and fry it for 3 minutes. Now its ready to serve. Serve with onion raita.


Tips:
  • You can also add tomato salna or chicken salna with this while roasting the egg. If so reduce the amount of green chilli and salt.

How to make tomato salna:
  • In a pan add 2 tablespoon oil and salute the onion, green chilli, ginger, garlic, tomato, garam masala powder, atlast add the coconut. Allow it to cool.
  • Grind this to paste.
  • In a pan add oil, mustard seed, curry leaves, coriander leaves and add the grinded paste along with water and salt.
  • When the oil starts to leave from the salna remove it from the flame.

Grated coconut

How to prepare vegetable biriyani:
  • Soak the basmathi rice for 10 minutes.
  • Grind the coconut, ginger, garlic, green chilli, ¼ tea spoon aniseed.
  • Fry the cashew nut in ghee and set aside. Then fry the cloves, cardamom, bay leaves, coriander leaves, onion, beans, carrot, boiled peas.
  • Now add the salt and soaked rice and cook it. finally add the fried cashew nut.
  • Serve this with onion raita.

How to make onion raita:
  • Take curd in a bowl. Add the chopped onion in the curd, chop the green chilli and add along with the curd, add salt as well. Mix it.
  • Check the taste now add chopped coriander leaves.
  • This can be used as a side dish for biriyani, barota, kothu barota etc.

How to make Parupu rasam:
  • Pressure cook the toor dhal, tomato, green chilli.
  • Dissolve the tamarind, salt and add this to pressure cooked dhal.
  • Now add the asafetida powder also.
  • In a pan with oil add mustard seed, curry leaves and fry the onion till its color changes. Now pour the above mixed ingredients and allow it to boil.
