Ingredients:
Prawn
¼ kg
Tomato(chopped)

Onion(chopped)

Ginger-garlic paste
1 table spoon
Green chilli

Turmeric powder
¼ tea spoon

½ tea spoon
Coriander leaves (chopped)

5 table spoon

How to make prawn chops:
Clean the prawn and set it aside.
Sauté the onion, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, tomato, green chilli, prawn, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt in oil. Continue this for at least 20 minutes.
This will be best combination with rice, chapathi, barota.

Ingredients:
Chapati

Onion (chopped)

How to prepare egg kothu chappati:
  • Cut the chappati into small pieces and keep it away.
  • Add oil in a pan and saute the onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli, carrot, peas and tomato. Add the garam masala powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Add the egg and scramble it.
  • At least add the chappathi and heat for 5 minutes.

Tips:
  • You can add tomatosalna while scrambling the egg. If so reduce the quantity of chilli and salt accordingly.

  • Tear the barota into small pieces and keep aside.
  • In a pan saute the coriander leaves, curry leaves, onion, green chilli, carrot, peas and tomato in oil.
  • Add the turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt.
  • Add the parotta add heat for 4-5 minutes.

Tips:
  • You can add tomato salna while saluting. If so reduce the quantity of chilli and salt accordingly.
  • Serve with onion raita

Black pepper powder
½ table spoon(more or less)
Coriander powder

Shallot/small red onion

How to make fish fry:
  • Grind the shallot and curry leaves as paste by sprinkling some water.
  • Mix the paste with chilli powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt with some water.
  • Marinate the fish using the paste for an hour and fry it deeply.

  • Step 1: Marinate the chicken using ginger garlic paste, lime juice and chilli powder for 1 hour and pressure cook it.
  • Step 2: Tear this into small piece.

  • Step 1: Cut the parotta into small pieces and set aside.
  • Step 2: In a pan add oil and saute onion, carrot, green chilli, coriander leaves, curry leaves, tomato and add the salt, garam masala powder, turmeric powder.
  • Step 3: Now add the egg and scramble it well. Also add the chicken and fry it for 2-3 minutes. (if you don’t want egg you can add the chicken directly after the second step)
  • Step 4: Add the parotta and scramble for 4-5 minutes.
