Panakam/panak/panagam – Traditional South Indian Summer Refreshing drinks

This is not only a refreshing drink. This is also a non-alcoholic healthy digestive drink.
Ingredients:
Jaggery
1 cup
Lemon
2
Crushed Cardamom
2
Dry ginger powder
½ table spoon
Water
4 cups

How to make panakam:
  • Squeeze the lime juice. Along with that add all the above ingredients.
  • After an hour filter this using strainer and serve it chilled.
