Apple milkshake/kheer - summer refreshing healthy drink

Apple milkshake


Ingredients:
Apple
2
Chilled milk
2 cups
Sugar
4 table spoon(or more)
Vanilla ice cream(optional)
2 serving spoon

How to make the apple milkshake:
  •  Strip the skin of the apple and deseed it. Cut them into pieces.
  • Add the apple pieces with ½ cup of milk and blend it.
  • Again blend this with remaining milk, sugar and ice cream.
