Cucumber lassi - refreshing and healthy summer drink

Ingredients:
Cucumber
1
Curd/Yogurt
1 cup
Sugar
4 tea spoon
Milk(can be chilled)
¼ cup
Ice cube
As required

How to prepare cucumber lassi:
  • Peel the cucumber skin and grate it. Grind it in mixer.
  • Add the curd, milk and sugar with this and grind it again.
  • Now add the ice cube and serve it.
