Ingredients:
Badam/Almond
10
Cashew nut
10
Dates(deseeded)
10
Chilled Milk
1 cup
Cardamom powder
A pinch
Vanilla ice cream(optional)
1 scoop

How to make Dry fruit Kheer
  • Soak the badam in warm water for half an hour and peel the skin.
  • Then soak the badam, cashew nut and dates in milk for few minutes and grind it with vanilla ice cream.
  • Now add cardamom powder along with this milk and serve it as such or chilled.
