Pineapple smoothie/lassi - refreshing and healthy summer drink

Pineapple smoothie


Ingredients:
Pineapple
1 cup (sliced)
Thick Yogurt/curd
1 cup
Milk(can be chilled)
½ cup
Sugar
2 table spoon
Vanilla ice cream/crushed ice cube
¼ cup (optional)

How to make pineapple smoothie:
  • Blend the pineapple and add the curd, milk, sugar, and ice cream. Blend it frothy and serve.
  • You can also add orange and banana.

Tips:
  • If you didn’t have both crushed Ice cube and vanilla ice cream blend the remaining and keep it in the refrigerator for sometime and serve it as chilled.
  • If your yogurt is not thick you can drain it in the muslin cloth or similar to that and use it.
