Strawberry smoothie/lassi - refreshing and healthy summer drink

Ingredients:
Strawberry
¼ cup
Thick Yogurt/curd
1 cup
Sugar
2 table spoon
Vanilla or strawberry ice cream/ice cube(crushed)
½ cup (optional)
Milk(can be chilled)
¼ cup

How to make strawberry smoothie:
  • First blend the strawberry with sugar. Then add the remaining ingredients and bled them smoothly.
  • If required you can add fruits like banana or mango.

Tips:
  • If you didn’t have both crushed Ice cube and vanilla ice cream blend the remaining and keep it in the refrigerator for sometime and serve it as chilled.
  • If your yogurt is not thick you can drain it in the muslin cloth or similar to that and use it.
