Watermelon panagam – refreshing and healthy summer drink

Ingredients:
Jaggery
¼ cup
Watermelon
1 large piece
Cardamom
2
Dry ginger powder
A pinch
Chilled Water
1 cup
Boiled water
¼ cup

How to make watermelon panakam:
  • Take the flesh part of watermelon and deseed it and blend.
  • Dissolve the jaggery in boiling water and filter it. Allow this to cool.
  • Add this with chilled water, watermelon juice, cardamom, dry ginger powder and serve the watermelon panagam.
