Orange smoothie/lassi - refreshing and healthy summer drink

Ingredients:
Orange
1
Thick Yogurt/curd
½ cup
Sugar
2 table spoon
Milk(can be chilled)
¼ cup
Crushed Ice cube/ Vanilla ice cream
¼ cup (optional)

How to make the orange lassi:
  • Strain the skin and deseed the orange. Make juice of it.
  • Add the remaining and blend it smoothly.
  • If required you can also add pineapple and banana with this.

Tips:
  • If you didn’t have both crushed Ice cube and vanilla ice cream blend the remaining and keep it in the refrigerator for sometime and serve it as chilled.
  • If your yogurt is not thick you can drain it in the muslin cloth or similar to that and use it.
