Orange smoothie |
Ingredients:
Orange

Thick Yogurt/curd
|
½ cup
|
Sugar
|
2 table spoon
|
Milk(can be chilled)
|
¼ cup
|
Crushed Ice cube/ Vanilla ice cream
|
¼ cup (optional)
|
How to make the orange
lassi:
- Strain the skin and deseed the orange. Make juice of it.
- Add the remaining and blend it smoothly.
- If required you can also add pineapple and banana with this.
Tips:
- If you didn’t have both crushed Ice cube and vanilla ice cream blend the remaining and keep it in the refrigerator for sometime and serve it as chilled.
- If your yogurt is not thick you can drain it in the muslin cloth or similar to that and use it.
