How to prepare paneer
butter masala:
- In a pan sauté the onion, ginger-garlic paste, tomato, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder and garam masala powder in the ghee.
- Allow it to cool and grind it to paste.
- Fry the paneer in 2-3 table spoon of ghee till light brown.
- Now it the butter add the cinnamon, cloves, cardamom. Now add the paste fry it for 3-4 minutes and add the paneer.
- Then add ½ cup of water(or more), salt, cashew nut paste with this and allow it to boil.
- At last add coriander leaves, kasoori methi and milk/fresh cream,.
- Serve this with chapathi, fried rice etc.
