Ingredients:
Sesame seeds

Urad dal / Uluntham parupu

Channa dal / Kadala parupu

¼ cup

Curry leaves

A handful

Garlic
|
Few pods

Salt

As required

Red chilli ( For Spicy )

Asafetida

A pinch

How to make Sesame Spicy
powder:
- Dry roast the sesame seeds till it cracks. Also fry the urad dal, channa dal, asafetida and salt separately.
- Roast the curry leaves, garlic, red chilli with little oil separately.
- Allow them to cool and powder them together.
- Now you can server this by mixing with hot rice along with
ghee.
