Chilled milk
2 cup
Caramel syrup
8 table spoon
Vanilla ice cream
4 serving spoon

Wafer milkshake – refreshing summer drink

Ingredients:
Wafer biscuit
2
Chilled milk
1 cup
Sugar
2 table spoon
Vanilla ice cream(optional)
1 scoop

How to prepare wafer milk shake:
  • Mix the above ingredients and blend it in the mixer and serve.
  • If needed add the broken wafers above along with one scoop ice cream above.

Banana kheer/milkshake - summer refreshing drink

Ingredients:
Ripe banana
2 small
Chilled milk
2 cups
Sugar/honey
2 table spoon (or more)
Vanilla ice cream(optional)
2 scoop

How to make banana milkshake:
  • Peel the skin of the banana and slice it.
  • Combine all the above in a blender and blend it until smooth.

Ingredients:

Watermelon cubes(deseeded)
2 cup
Chilled milk
1 cup
Sugar
2 table spoon(or more)
Vanilla ice cream(optional)
4 serving spoon

How to make watermelon milkshake:
  • Cut the watermelon into pieces. Take a large piece out of it.
  • Remove the flesh part of watermelon and deseed it.
  • Add the chilled milk, sugar, watermelon in a blender and blend it.
  • Now add the ice cream and blend it smoothly.

Pineapple kheer/milk shake - summer refreshing drink

Ingredients:
Pineapple juice
1 cup
Chilled milk
2 cups
Vanilla ice cream(optional)
4 serving spoon
Sugar
2 table spoon(or more)

How to make pineapple milkshake:
  • Remove the pineapple skin and slice it into bite size pieces.
  • Grind the pieces along with sugar and some water. Strain the juice. (Straining is optional, if you don’t want to strain no need to add water. Directly add the milk.)
  • Now add 1 cup of juice with, milk and ice cream and blend it smoothly.

Ripe Sapota/chikoo

Cold milk

Honey/sugar

Ingredients
Ripe Mango
3(sliced)
Chilled milk
2 cup
Cardamom powder
¼ tea spoon
Sugar
As needed

How to prepare mango milkshake:
  • Remove the skin and slice the mango.
  • In a blender add the sliced mango and blend it to smooth puree.
  • Then add the chilled milk, cardamom powder and sugar. Blend this again until smooth.
