Poondu legiyam/Garlic lehyam–Medicine for acidity

Ingredients:
Poondu/Garlic pods/glove
6-7 pods
Jaggery(powdered)
½ cup(or more)

How to make poondu legiyam:
  • Peel the garlic pods and remove the skin of the gloves.
  • Pressure cook the garlic and mash it well.
  • Now add the powdered jaggery in it and stir till it become somewhat thick.
  • Remove it from the flame and have it after it gets cool. This will be a good remedy for acidity.
