Carrot Halwa |
Ingredients:
Mashed carrot
|
1 cup
|
Milk
|
1 cup
|
Sugar
|
1 cup
|
Ghee
|
½ cup
|
Cashew nut
|
few
|
Cardamom powder
|
¼ tea sp
|
How to prepare Carrot Halwa:
- Fry the cashew nut in ghee and keep it aside.
- Grate the carrot and cook it till it become soft. Then mash the carrot.
- With the mashed carrot add the sugar, milk and stir it till the milk get vanish.
- Now add the ghee, cashew nut and cardamom powder. Remove the flame once the halwa becomes thick and doesn’t stick to the pan.
