Ingredients:
Ripe plantain/nenthiram pazham

Jaggery

1 cup

Ghee
|
¼ cup

Cardamom powder
|
¼ tea spoon
|
Cashew nut
|

How to make plantain
jam:
- Peel off the skin and grind the ripe plantain.
- Dissolve the jaggery and filter it and allow boiling for 5 minutes.
- Add the grinded plantain, ghee and stir it till starts to leave base of the pan.
- Now add the fried cashew nut, cardamom powder and transfer it to a greased plate.
