Curry leaves

Urad dhal
|
½ table spoon
|
Red chilli
|
2(more or less)
|
Tamarind paste
|
½ tea spoon
|
Oil
|
1 table spoon
|
Salt
|
As required
|
Asafoetida
|
A pinch
|
How to make curry
leaves chutney
- Heat the oil, add urad dhal, red chilli, curry leaves and roast it.
- Remove from flame allow to cool. Add the tamarind paste, salt, asafoetida and grind it into paste.
