Paruppu vadai

How to make Vadakari:
- Prepare the paruppu vadai for gravy.
- In a pan temper the mustard seed, curry leaves with oil. Saute the onion and tomato.
- Add the coconut milk and required amount of water.
- Now add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder. Allow it to boil till it become somewhat thick. Add the paruppu vadai and remove it from the flame.
Note:
- You can add more vadai as you required regarding its size.
