How to prepare masala gravy:
- Pressure cooks the potato and let it cool. Peel the skin and smash it slightly.
- Add the Green chilli, turmeric powder, salt along with the coconut milk.
- Temper the mustard seed, curry leaves, coriander leaves in oil. Sauté the onion till it become translucent.
- Now add the coconut milk and potato. Allow it to boil till it becomes thick as gravy. The can be served along with pori, chappthi.
Tips:
- If required you can also add the boiled peas while boiling the curry.
