Banana smoothie/lassi - refreshing and healthy summer drink

Banana smoothie

Thick Yogurt/curd
1 cup
Milk(can be chilled)
½ cup
2 table spoon
Vanilla ice cream/crushed ice cube
¼ cup (optional)

How to prepare banana smoothie:
  • Slice the banana and blend it. Add the remaining ingredients and blend till frothy and serve it.
  • Along with this you can add mango, pineapple, orange or strawberry.

  • If you didn’t have both crushed Ice cube and vanilla ice cream blend the remaining and keep it in the refrigerator for sometime and serve it as chilled.
  • If your yogurt is not thick you can drain it in the muslin cloth or similar to that and use it.
