Banana smoothie |
Ingredients:
Banana

Thick Yogurt/curd
|
1 cup
|
Milk(can be chilled)
|
½ cup
|
Sugar
|
2 table spoon
|
Vanilla ice cream/crushed ice cube
|
¼ cup (optional)
|
How to prepare banana
smoothie:
- Slice the banana and blend it. Add the remaining ingredients and blend till frothy and serve it.
- Along with this you can add mango, pineapple, orange or strawberry.
Tips:
- If you didn’t have both crushed Ice cube and vanilla ice cream blend the remaining and keep it in the refrigerator for sometime and serve it as chilled.
- If your yogurt is not thick you can drain it in the muslin cloth or similar to that and use it.
