Badam/Almond

Dates(deseeded)

Chilled Milk

1 cup

Cardamom powder
|
A pinch
|
Vanilla ice cream(optional)

How to make Dry fruit
Kheer
- Soak the badam in warm water for half an hour and peel the skin.
- Then soak the badam, cashew nut and dates in milk for few minutes and grind it with vanilla ice cream.
- Now add cardamom powder along with this milk and serve it as such or chilled.
