Cashew nut/kaju

How to prepare kaju
masala:
- Roast the kaju in 1 table spoon of ghee and set aside.
- Using the remaining ghee in a pan sauté the onion, ginger, tomato, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder and garam masala powder.
- Allow it to cool and grind it to paste.
- Now it the butter add the bay leaves, cloves, and add the paste fry it for 3-4 minutes. Now add ½ cup of water(or more), milk/heavy cream, cashew nut, salt, cashew cream and allow it to boil.
- Finally add coriander leaves and kasoori methi.
- Serve this with chapathi, fried rice etc.
