Mango smoothie |
Ingredients:
Ripped Mango’s pulp
|
1 cup
|
Thick Yogurt/curd
|
1 cup
|
Sugar
|
1 table spoon
|
Milk(can be chilled)
|
¼ cup
|
Crushed Ice cube/ Vanilla ice cream
|
¼ cup (optional)
|
How to prepare mango
lassi:
- Mix the mango pulp along with the curd, sugar, milk and Vanilla ice cream in the blender till it become frothy.
- You can also add banana and pineapple along with this.
- If you didn’t have both crushed Ice cube and vanilla ice cream blend the remaining and keep it in the refrigerator for sometime and serve it as chilled.
- If your yogurt is not thick you can drain it in the muslin cloth or similar to that and use it.
