Strawberry smoothie |
Ingredients:
Strawberry

¼ cup
|
Thick Yogurt/curd
|
1 cup
|
Sugar
|
2 table spoon
|
Vanilla or strawberry ice cream/ice
cube(crushed)
|
½ cup (optional)
|
Milk(can be chilled)
|
¼ cup
|
How to make strawberry
smoothie:
- First blend the strawberry with sugar. Then add the remaining ingredients and bled them smoothly.
- If required you can add fruits like banana or mango.
Tips:
- If you didn’t have both crushed Ice cube and vanilla ice cream blend the remaining and keep it in the refrigerator for sometime and serve it as chilled.
- If your yogurt is not thick you can drain it in the muslin cloth or similar to that and use it.
