sugarcane juice |
It’s a healthy and refreshing drink which reduces body heat. Its
also a summer special drink.
Ingredients:
Sugarcane cube
|
2 cups
|
Lemon
|
1 small
|
Ginger
|
1 inch piece
|
Ice cube(optional)
|

How to prepare
sugarcane juice:
- Wash the sugarcane and remove the skin with knife and cut it into 1 inch cubes.
- Wash the ginger and strip its skin too.
- Now grind the both in the mixer to prepare juice.
- In a coffee strainer squeeze it to filter the juice. Again filter the squeezed juice because it should be too clear.
- Now add the lime juice along with this.
- Serve it as such or chilled. You can also add ice cube while serving.
