Ingredients:                      
Chapati
6
Tomato (chopped)
2 large
Onion (chopped)
2 large
Carrot(grated)
1
Peas (boiled)
¼ cup (optional)
Turmeric powder
¼ tea spoon (optional)
Green chilli(chopped)
4 or more
Salt
As required
½ table spoon
Coriander leaves
Few
Curry leaves
Few
Oil
3 table spoon

How to prepare vegetable kothu chappati:
  • Cut the chappati into small pieces and keep it away.
  • In a pan add oil and roast the onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli, carrot, peas and tomato. Add the garam masala powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  • At least add the chappathi and heat for 5 minutes.

Tips:
  • You can add tomato salna while saluting. If so reduce the quantity of chilli and salt accordingly.
