How to prepare egg
kothu chappati:
- Cut the chappati into small pieces and keep it away.
- Add oil in a pan and saute the onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli, carrot, peas and tomato. Add the garam masala powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Add the egg and scramble it.
- At least add the chappathi and heat for 5 minutes.
Tips:
- You can add tomatosalna while scrambling the egg. If so reduce the quantity of chilli and salt accordingly.
