How to prepare
vegetable kothu:
- Tear the barota into small pieces and keep aside.
- In a pan saute the coriander leaves, curry leaves, onion, green chilli, carrot, peas and tomato in oil.
- Add the turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt.
- Add the parotta add heat for 4-5 minutes.
Tips:
- You can add tomato salna while saluting. If so reduce the quantity of chilli and salt accordingly.
- Serve with onion raita
