Carrot rice is a tasty and different dish loved by everyone,
especially by children even though they wont like their food. This is also a
healthy food.

Ingredients:
Rice

Carrot (grated)

Onion (chopped or
sliced)

Turmeric powder

½ tea spoon

Green chilli

Black pepper powder

Garam masala powder

Mustard

How to make carrot rice:
- Cook the rice more than ¾ and allow it to cool.
- In a pan with oil/ghee add mustard, cumin seeed and add onion and fry it. When its color starts to change add green chilli, carrot. Fry it for 3 minutes.
- Now add black pepper powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt. Fry it for a minute.
- Now mix this with the rice and serve it.
