How to prepare Tomato-egg rice:
- Cook the rice and allow it to cool.
- In a pan add the ghee/oil and fry the onion till its colour changes. Now add the tomato, green chilli, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, curry leaves, salt. Fry this for 1 minute.
- Now add the egg and roast it. The masala is ready. Add the rice with this and mix it.
