Ingredients:
Nentharam pazham/yetham pazham/banana

All purpose flour/maida maavu
|
1 cup
|
Sugar
|
4 table spoon (or more)
|
Water
|
For batter
|
Oil
|
For frying
|
How to do etham pazha bajji/appam:
- Peel the skin of ripe banana and cut it into halves. Slice it into thin slices.
- Batter the all purpose flour, sugar and water.
- Dip the slice inside the batter and drop it into the hot oil to fry.
- Now transfer it from oil to tissue paper to remove excess oil and sever it.
Note:
- Don’t add excess sugar it will get deeply fried and will become brown.
