Ingredients:
Sooji/rava/semolina

1 cup
|
Sugar
|
1 cup
|
Milk/water
|
For shaping it to laddu
|
Caradamom powder
|
¼ tea spoon
|
Cashew nut
|
Few
|
Raisins
|
Few
|
Ghee
|
4 table spoon
|
How to do Rava laddu:
- Fry the cashew nut in ghee and set aside.
- Again fry the sooji in ghee till it become slight brown and powder it after it become cool.
- Powder the sugar. Add both the sugar and sooji.
- Also add the remaining ghee, cardamom powder, fried cashew nut and raisins in sooji mixture.
- Heat the milk/water till its enough to handle with your hands.
- Take small amount of sooji mixture and add required amount of heated milk/water to squeeze it as a laddu and keep it in a plate.
- Again repeat the same till last sooji laddu is squeezed.
