How to make boiled
plantain:
- Wash the plantain which is ripe (but still stiff) with small black spots and scrub the skin well.

- Cut both the end of the plantain and cut it into two or three halves and cook it in the steam using idli kadai/idli cooker in one or two plate.

- If its ready it the inner part of the plantain will comes out slightly.

- Allow it to cool and peel the skin. Now cut this into small round slices.
- You can serve it as such or you can sprinkle the sugar and add ghee before serving.
