How to make vegetable
fried rice:
- Wash the rice and soak it for 20 minutes. Cook it for ¾th and allow it to cool.
- In a pan add ghee and sauté the onion, carrot, beans, peas, green chilli for 5 minutes.
- After that add pepper powder and salt.
- Now add the boiled rice with ¼ cup of water and close it with lid. After 2 minutes open it and serve with paneer butter masala.
