Vegetable fried rice/fried rice

Ingredients:

Rice
1 cup
Onion
½ cup
Peas (boiled)
handful
Beans
½ cup
Carrot
½ cup
Green chilli
1
Pepper powder
As required
Salt
As required
Ghee/oil
2 table spoon

How to make vegetable fried rice:
  • Wash the rice and soak it for 20 minutes. Cook it for ¾th and allow it to cool.
  • In a pan add ghee and sauté the onion, carrot, beans, peas, green chilli for 5 minutes.
  • After that add pepper powder and salt.
  • Now add the boiled rice with ¼ cup of water and close it with lid. After 2 minutes open it and serve with paneer butter masala.
