How to make masala
dhosa:
- Cut the potato into pieces and cook it. Peel the skin and smash it well.
- In a pan add oil and add the mustard seed. Sauté the onion, crushed ginger and garlic, boiled peas, curry leaves, Coriander leaves, green chilli, Garam masala powder, pepper powder and salt.
- Now add the smashed potato in moderate flame and mix it well till the heat spread allover the potato. The masala is ready.
- Now in dhosai tawa prepare the paper roast and roll the dhosa by keeping 2 table spoon of masala inside it. Masala dhosa is ready to serve.
- You can serve it as such or you can serve with sambar or any kind of chatni.
