How to make fish fry:
- Grind the shallot and curry leaves as paste by sprinkling some water.
- Mix the paste with chilli powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt with some water.
- Marinate the fish using the paste for an hour and fry it deeply.
