Green chutney/ Coriander mint chutney(thogayal)

Ingredients:
Mint leaves
½ cup
Coriander leaves
½ cup
Red chilli
2(or more)
Ginger
1 tea spoon(chopped)
Garlic
4(chopped)
Tamarind paste
½ table spoon
Salt
As required
Oil
2 teble spoon
Mustard seed
¼ tea spoon
Urad dhal
¼ tea spoon

How to make green chutney
  • Wash the coriander and mint leaves.
  • Heat the oil and add the mustard seed, urad dhal, ginger, garlic, red chilli, mint leaves and coriander leaves and fry it fry 3 minutes.
  • Allow to cool and grind it by adding tamarind and salt.
