Mint leaves

Coriander leaves

Red chilli

1 tea spoon(chopped)

Tamarind paste

½ table spoon

Oil

2 teble spoon

Mustard seed

¼ tea spoon

Urad dhal

¼ tea spoon
|
How to make green chutney
- Wash the coriander and mint leaves.
- Heat the oil and add the mustard seed, urad dhal, ginger, garlic, red chilli, mint leaves and coriander leaves and fry it fry 3 minutes.
- Allow to cool and grind it by adding tamarind and salt.
