Ingredients:
Sooji/rawa/semolina

Sugar

Food color

Cashew nut

Raisins

Cardamom

Ghee

How to make rava
kesari:
- Roast the rava in ghee and set aside and also fry the cashew nut in ghee.
- In water add the sugar and when it starts to boil add the rava and stir it.
- When it becomes soft add the broken cardamom, cashew nut, raisins, food color and ghee.
- Remove it when it starts to leave the pan.
