Jeera milk |
Ingredients:
Coconut

Jeeragam/Cumin seed
|
2 tea spoon
|
Jaggery
|
As required
|
Boiling water
|
¼ cup
|
How to prepare cumin
milk:
- Soak the jeera for 5 minutes.
- Powder the jaggery and dissolve it in boiling water and filter this.
- Grate the coconut and grind it along with jeera. Squeeze this as coconut milk and filter this too.
- Add the coconut milk with jaggery water and keep it in fridge, while serving you can add ice which is optional.
- This will reduce the body heat and ulcer.
