Malai lassi/Smoothie - refreshing and healthy summer drink

Ingredients:
Thick curd/yogurt
1 cup
Sugar
2 table spoon
Milk skin
2 table spoon
Cumin powder
¼ tea spoon
Rose water
3 drops
Salt
A pinch

How to make malai lassi:

  • Blend the curd, cumin seed and sugar.
  • Pour it into the glass and add milk skin, rose water and salt.
  • This will increase digestion.
