How to make panakam:
- Dissolve the jaggery in water and filter the same to remove dirt.
- Squeeze the lemon in jaggery water along with dry ginger powder, crushed cardamom.
- Check the taste, add more jaggery if required.
- Rest it for half an hour. Filter the juice in a strainer. Sever it immediately or after chill.
