Ingredients:
Ulunthu vadai

Curd/yogurt
|
1 ½ cups
|
Coriander leaves
|
Few grated
|
Carrot (grated)
|
5 table spoon
|
Green chilli(chopped)
|

Salt

As required
|
How to make thayir
vadai:
- Mix the curd with green chilli and salt.
- Dip the vadais in warm water and transfer immediately in the tray which is optional to reduce oil.
- If not directly keep them on the tray. Pour the curd over them evenly.
- Keep it in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
- Garnish with carrot and coriander leaves and then serve.
