Carrot Idiyappam |
Ingredients:
3 cup

1 tea spoon

How to make Carrot Idiyappam:
- Boil the water along with salt and oil for 5 minutes. Add little by little boiled water along with flour.
- Mix this with spoon till it become soft dough.
- Grease the idiyappa mould with sev plate. Take small portion of dough in the mould.
- Grease the idli plate and fill thin layer of carrot and above that thin layer of coconut. Now squeeze the dough in circular motion above that.
- Steam cook the Idiyappam and serve with milk and sugar.

I add this twist to an idli. Have never tried it with idiyappam. Interesting.
